1-Inside Sales Coordinator:

Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will be responsible for internal sales, product promotion, and sales contracts management. You will also be responsible for the generation of sales reports. As Internal Sales Coordinator you will:

Evaluate needs and resources of our clients and recommend solutions

Answer all sales-related questions and information requests, including product design-related information

Collaborate with different company departments on quote requisitions

Evaluate and establish prices, credit or contract conditions, warranties and delivery dates

Compose and manage sales contracts

Provide an after-sales service by communicating with clients to ensure timely follow-up, satisfaction assurance, and to address all after delivery concerns

Qualifications: DEC in mechanical engineering, industrial design, administration or any pertinent training. Minimum five (5) years experience in sales in the manufacturing sector. Bilingual.

2-Bookkeeper:

Responsible, time-conscious and detail-oriented individual needed for the Accounting Department. Must demonstrate exceptional organization skills. This is an entry-level position.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in accounting. Bilingual.
